The surrounding area This country village Guesthouse, in the heart of the historic village of Dunvegan, only a mile from the famous Castle, enjoys views across the sea-loch with its abundant wildlife to MacLeod's Tables, and is ideally situated for walkers and drivers with easy access by car or foot to some of the most spectacular landscapes to be found anywhere in the world.
Peggy Morrison was born and brought up on the island, gaelic was her first language (although she does speak English !). She has been welcoming visitors to share her home for the duration of their holidays for the past 25 years. Atholl House
A bedroom Its not difficult at the Atholl House to relax, unwind, and enjoy true highland hospitality while deciding on just how many days you can spare to appreciate the beauty of the Island ( Oh well, next time!) ... a comfortable bed to retire to ... but first a decision about tomorrows breakfast … life’s hard!
Furnished in country house style, the Atholl has eight ensuite bedrooms: one four poster room, three standard doubles, two twin rooms, one king room and one single. All have colour TV, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities. Each bedroom is tastefully and individually decorated to a high standard. The Bar
